Once my order has been processed how long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Our products are still hand made to each order, so we do ask that there is a 2-3 day processing time. However, please keep in mind that due to heat in the shipping process, we are not shipping Friday-Sunday to ensure that your order does not sit for a longer period of time over the weekend in the post office. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number to your email for easy tracking of your package.

Is there a way I can pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Unfortunately at this time, Flex N’ Bites does not have a physical store front location in which product can be picked up. All online orders will be fulfilled by being shipped to your doorstep. If you are in a rush of same day orders, please feel free to check out our stores and partnerships page to check for locations near you carrying our product. Although, we do recommend contacting the location before hand to ensure they have the flavor you are in desire of, as some stores may be low in stock or may not carry your desired flavor.

Are Flex N’ Bites perishable or need to be kept refrigerated?

Flex N’ Bites are made with all raw ingredients, therefore they are not perishable and they do not have to kept refrigerated. Although some of our flavors are made with real dark chocolate, which may arrive slightly melted. This does not mean the bites are ruined, simply stick them in the refrigerator to reharden the chocolate and keep from a mess when consuming.

How long do Flex N’ Bites last?

Flex N’ Bites are made fresh to each order and we guarantee freshness up to 40 days which the “best by” date will be on the back of your packaging to help remind you.
